4. Market Data We Fetch
To display technical analysis, the app fetches publicly available market data from third-party sources:
- Binance Vision (cryptocurrency OHLCV data) — public API, no authentication
- CoinGecko (global market data) — public API, no authentication
- Yahoo Finance via yfinance (equities, macro, forex) — public data
These services have their own privacy policies. We do not send any personal information to these services.
All network requests use HTTPS (standard TLS). We do not implement custom encryption beyond what the operating system provides.
5. Analytics, Tracking, and Sale of Data
We do not use analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or tracking pixels. We do not track your behavior across apps or websites. We do not share any data with advertisers, and we do not sell personal information to any third party.
6. Children's Privacy
SmartMoneyKumo is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
